Roman Chanclor began his work career with Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) after his graduation from Allentown Business School in 2001. Mr. Chanclor entered the workforce as a marketing specialist with a sole responsibility to generate new business by making cold calls and other creative tactics. With a background and a degree in Graphic Design/Multimedia Advertising, he eventually found that making his own marketing campaigns through email and other web technologies increased the close ratio within his sales process. This allowed for him to grow into a Relationship Manager where within 2 years Roman was managing over $1.5 Million worth of new business. Over the next 3 years Mr. Chanclor continued to grow the new business department and eventually moved into a role within RMS (a business partner of D&B). In 2005, Roman accepted a position with EIM where he became the Interface Design Director with daily responsibilities of Establishing, planning, directs and implements the user interface design. Designs and implements common user interface standards, system usability guidelines, design guidelines, GUI prototypes, HTML page design and management, and development methodologies. Since 2005 Mr. Chanclor has held several positions within EIM ranging from Business Development, where he lead the team that aligned a Premiere (top 2% of Partners) partnership under IBM within 6 months to holding the IBM Worldwide Services Sales Lead position where he designed and stood up a new division within EIM that focused on revenue generation through IBM subcontracting work.

Roman Chanclor is also the Founder of Innovation Global, LLC. a small IT consulting firm that specializes in Vision Mapping which allows customers to see what’s possible when technology is applied to business problems.

Roman also serves as a technology/marketing specialist for Enhanced Voice Services where his duties include maintaining the brand and leading the creative process within each of the targeted industry verticals.
