Partnership Strategies Consulting is a veteran-owned and run company that was established in 2004, restructured in 2010 and is based in the Washington, DC Capital Region.  We work with public and private sector organizations to define their strategic outlook and to ensure that the organization and the strategic outlook are aligned to achieve success. Alphonso Maldon, Jr., President and Founder of Partnership Strategies Consulting, has built a successful career in government and business, executing multiple large-scale business analysis efforts and creating and managing partnerships. Partnership Strategies Consulting resulted from his vision of a company that would combine the quality of service and expertise of a large firm with the client commitment and focus of a small firm.
